GOAL

An extension for interfacing Smart View with Close Manager and Supplemental Data Manager, a system for management of close calendar and supplemental data respectivelly, typically transactional in nature. The extension provides data management capabilities over a user workflow. 


HOW TO INSTALL

1. Pre-requisite: Install Smart View 11.1.2.5.500 or later
2. Unzip the file CloseMgrSupplementalDataSVExt.zip to a folder
3. Double click the exe file 
4. Follow the instructions per wizard and complete installation
5. Open Microsoft excel
6. Go to Smart View ribbon and create a connection
7. Go to Supplemental Data/Close Tasks Ribbon and use the extension for data management purposes - refer OracleŽ Hyperion Financial Close Management
