Date and Time data type properties should be static values. In previous releases, properties of type Date and type Time were subject to being adjusted based on current time zone and Daylight Savings Time. However, in some cases, the user may have a need for static values that are not subject to adjustment. If a relative data type is desired, then the Datetime data type should be used.

This issue happens in the drm-api-adapter when it attempts to serialize the objects as SOAP to feed to the Java web service. To work around this issue, edit the drm-api-adapter.exe.config file, under the <system.serviceModel> section.

Under <behaviors>, <endpointBehaviors> add a new behavior:
