We offer two Managed Services solutions: 9×5 and 24x 7
Our Managed Services contracts are based on a subscription model. We do not require long term contracts like other companies. We are confident you will be satisfied with our services offering and delivery.

If customers are not satisfied with the level of services they receive, they can cancel with a 30 day notice. We value our customers and provide them with the best service possible. We have not had any cancellations. Customers can submit service requests via telephone, email and via support portal on our website or our partners website.
