BOOM is an Information Technology, Services and Support provider established in February 2012 and headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

Our Story

It began in early 2000 as road warriors on the infrastructure consulting team for an amazing company called Hyperion Solutions Corporation and then on to Oracle Corporation after the 2007 acquisition traveling millions of miles coast to coast and across the pond to install Hyperion software. It started with Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase, Pillar, Wired for OLAP, Application Link, and Translation Manager then on to alpha and beta releases of Financial Management (HFM) and Planning (HP). We developed many great friendships with co-workers and (750+) clients along the way and our Hyperion network grew.

Some people were not meant for the large corporate culture and much of the infrastructure consulting team continued on with success at smaller Oracle Partners. We also moved on to a successful Oracle Partner helping to grow their infrastructure practice. But something was missing. We developed all these friendships with clients and former Oracle |Hyperion employees and found ourselves competing against them. We wanted to work with them, not compete against them. We wanted to focus on our strength and experience.

The Birth of BOOM

BOOM was built on the premise of providing Information Technology, Services and Support to Oracle customers and extending our experience and knowledge in collaboration with our Oracle | Hyperion network. Thus providing leadership, accountability and excellent customer service from beginning to end to every project.

Our focus on Information Technology, Services and Support enables Oracle Partners with limited experienced infrastructure resources to provide their customers with complete solutions without the long-term investment on experienced infrastructure resources.
